1. Kokiri Forest — Where it all begins.
2. Deku Tree — The first dungeon: defeat Queen Gohma, get the Kokiri Emerald.
3. Hyrule Castle — Time to leave the forest
4. Lost Woods — Well, maybe back to the Forest for a little bit
5. Lon Lon Ranch — Get a bottle and learn Epona's Song
6. Kakariko Village — Get a bottle, the Sun's Song, and the Hylian Shield before heading up Death Mountain
7. Goron City — Climb up Death Mountain and visit Goron City
8. Dodongo's Cavern — Time to blow some stuff up
9. Zora's River — Time to head to Zora's Domain via Zora's River
