Lake Hylia Bottle

Get a bottle in Lake Hylia at the bottom of the lake near the warp from Zora's Domain

Quick answer: During the normal game walkthrough, you’ll find this bottle after beating the Zora Rupee Dive game.

Go to Zora’s Domain

Head up Zora’s River on the way to Zora’s domain, and then play Zelda’s Lullaby to open Zora’s Domain.

Play the Zora Rupee Dive game

If you walk to the left of King Zora in Zora’s Domain, you can talk to a Zora who will let you play a Rupee Diving game.

Collect all the Rupees and go back to the Zora to get the Silver Scale. This will let you dive deeper.

Teleport to Lake Hylia with the Silver Scale

Now you can dive off the ledge again, and you’ll notice a tunnel underwater that you can swim down to now with your Silver Scale.

Once you’re in Lake Hylia, you should see the bottle in front of you. Now you can dive down and grab it with the Silver Scale. This bottle will be usable after you show the note inside to King Zora.
