Track all 36 Pieces of Heart in Ocarina of Time — every location grouped by Child Link and Adult Link, in roughly the order you reach them, with checkboxes saved in your browser.

There are 36 Pieces of Heart hidden across Hyrule — every four you collect adds a full Heart Container. Unlike Gold Skulltulas, the game gives you no on-screen counter, so this page is your counter. Entries are grouped first by era (Child Link / Adult Link) and then by region, in roughly the order you reach them in a normal playthrough. Tick a box and your progress is stored in your browser — no account, no cookies. The totals on the My Progress page update automatically.

Lost Woods

#1 Ocarina Take the first left from the entrance and play Saria’s Song for the Skull Kid - he hands you a Piece of Heart.

#2 Ocarina Past the first right, win the ocarina “repeat the notes” memory game against the two Skull Kids.

#3 Night At night, get the white dog standing alone to follow you to this door in the back alley.

#4 Night, Lens of Truth Win the Treasure Chest Game in the Market (the Lens of Truth makes it trivial; otherwise it’s luck).

#5 Bombchus Win a round of Bombchu Bowling in the Market — a Piece of Heart is one of the prizes.

Lon Lon Ranch

#6 In the silo, pull the crate away from the corner and crawl through the hole behind it.

Kakariko Village

#7 The easiest way to reach this is to have the owl fly you down from the top of Death Mountain, and then fall onto the ledge next to this house - you’ll end up getting the heart piece right next to the caged cow.

Kakariko Graveyard

#8 Night At night, pay Dampé for his grave-digging tour and dig where he stops on the dirt mounds.

#9 Sun's Song Open the grave in the back row, drop in, and use Sun’s Song to freeze the ReDead so you can claim the piece.

Goron City

#10 Bombs Light the torches to spin the large pot, then toss a Bomb Flower inside at the right moment.

Death Mountain Trail

#11 Bombs Reach the ledge above Dodongo’s Cavern entrance with a backflip — or ride a Magic Bean planted here as a child.

#12 Cucco Carry a Cucco up the angled ramp and glide across to the piece on the pillar.

Zora’s Domain

#16 Deku Stick Light all the torches around the domain with a Deku Stick to open the chest holding the piece.

Lake Hylia

#17 Fishing Catch a big enough fish at the Fishing Pond and have it weighed for a Piece of Heart.

#18 Golden Scale Dive to the bottom of the Lakeside Laboratory tank with the Golden Scale.

Hyrule Field

#19 Bombs Bomb the fenced patch near the Lake Hylia entrance and buy the piece from the Business Scrub in the grotto.

#20 Bombs, Golden Scale or Iron Boots Bomb the lone tree west of the Market, drop into the grotto, and grab the piece underwater (Golden Scale or Iron Boots).

Gerudo Valley

#21 Cucco Glide down with a Cucco to a ledge and climb behind the waterfall.

#35 Magic Bean Ride the bean (planted as a child via the Requiem of Spirit warp) up to the rock arch.

Kakariko Village — Skulltula House

#36 50 Gold Skulltula Tokens Collect 50 Gold Skulltula tokens and talk to the cursed family in the House of Skulltula.
